- The talent scout position is for the most part your own business, only without the tens of thousands of investment money and training needed. You are paid based on your own productivity. If you are productive, you can make thousands a week working just a couple of hours a day at something that is fun, exciting, and easy.

- That’s it! You get paid $100 for every talent that signs up for the paid membership. Talent scouts merely visit local malls, nightclubs, local events, downtown areas, restaurants, strip clubs, anywhere young people congregate or visit, and hand out our front and back Talent Invitation you see on the website. That’s it. We show you the different simple words to say as you hand out the invites. People are amazingly thrilled when this happens. They are flattered that you went up to them and say…. “Say, you look amazing, why don’t you go online here and look at doing some commercials, or other projects” Or “Say, you have a very unique look to you, why don’t you go to this site and think about doing some commercials (or modeling). Or “Say, are you interested in maybe doing some modeling/acting? Take a look at this go online and check it out!” Seventy Five percent of actors or models are under 30 years of age. We work with children as well of any age as well as people of any age. There are work projects for any age, gender, size, body profile, it does not matter. When you turn on a tv, you can see people of any type depending on the project. For example, a commercial for Medicare may require an elderly person, an ad for a kids play place would need young children. Nobody is eliminated. Profits earned for every Talent who signs up for the paid membership of $497 is $100. A bonus of $100 for every 5 paid memberships in one 7-day period.
