You do NOT:
- Approve loans
- Underwrite deals
- Handle lender funds
Your role is education, preparation, and referral.
SBA MICROLOAN FUNDING OVERVIEW (CLIENT SIDE)
Clients you assist may qualify for:
- SBA microloans up to $50,000
- Programs designed for startups and small businesses
- Lower-income applicants
- Non-traditional or challenged credit profiles
- Situations where collateral is often not required, depending on the lender
In many cases, once properly prepared, funding decisions occur within weeks.
(All funding is subject to lender approval.)
HOW YOU GET PAID – TWO INCOME STREAMS
1) Upfront Program Compensation
- Earn 50% of the $997 program fee
- Paid for program participation, not funding approval
- No cap on referrals
2) Funding-Based Success Fees
- Earn 3% of total funding obtained
- Paid after funding is completed
- Funding decisions made solely by lenders
